D rejects the conventions of architecture as a singular, static object; and looks to the dynamic and contemporary: the non-architectural typology of drones. D posits a remedy to the adversity of extreme climatic events, that manifests as a deployable system composed of airborne pods. D can be deployed anywhere to provide urgent shelter and emergency housing to displaced communities. D is composed of one typology, symbiotically forming an accretive urban mass. D is a flock of birds, a school of fish, a hive of bees, restorative to the ecosystem, a system to remediate disaster-ravaged landscapes.
